Service-Based Refunds

• Refunds for services (e.g., advertising campaigns, repair work, or construction projects) will only be considered if:
• The service has not yet been started
• There is a breach in service agreement

Product-Based Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable for damaged or incorrect items
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of issue

Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
