Effective rules and policies together form the backbone of an organization. All businesses in general and that of real estate, in particular, have a number of stakeholders to satisfy and if possible delight – customers, partners, employees, society, environment, shareholders, creditors, government, etc. Saini Enterprises has formed its policy after considerable research and taking into consideration the interests of all these stakeholders.

We do not believe in cut-throat competition and are more interested in beating our own best – both in terms of quality as well as quantity. Thus we regularly revise our policies with the object of confirming to the best practices of the industry as well as set new benchmarks wherever possible. However, all this is not merely the paperwork. It is easy to make policies, difficult to turn into the work culture. Saini Enterprises has achieved this feat that has helped different stakeholders in trusting us. Needless to say, we have never disappointed them.
